This emigration guide is suitable for individuals who are not a citizen of an EU Member State, want to relocate to Spain, and have not been a resident of Spain in the past five years. Applicants should have sufficient means to live in Spain and intend to work remotely as an employed or self-employed individual, working for one or more non-EU/EEA companies, or as an entrepreneur as defined by ENISA, a state-owned company that assists SME’s.
