Rob Kay

Regional Director

With over 40 years’ experience in wealth management and estate planning, 26 of them with Blevins Franks, Rob Kay holds the Diploma for Financial Advisers (DipFA) and is a member of the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF).

Rob began his financial services career in the UK where he worked for the Prudential, Allied Dunbar, Norwich Union and GAN. His first international position saw Rob move to the Middle East, before joining Blevins Franks in 1998 and establishing our first French office on the Côte d’Azur. Over the following years Rob was instrumental in developing our French proposition, developing our new offices, expanding our client base, and leading our team in Southeast France. In 2015 he established the first Blevins Franks office in Monaco, which looks after our clients who live to the east of Nice and in Monaco.

Rob has a long and proven track record for flawless client service and care, an ethic he instils in all his team, with most of his new clients coming through referrals from satisfied existing clients.

In 2023 Rob was promoted to Regional Director and now also has direct responsibility for managing our large team of advisers across France, Eastern Spain, and Malta.

Rob features weekly on the local radio station, Riviera Radio, where he discusses topics affecting UK nationals living in Europe, and specifically in France and Monaco.
