André Santos joined Blevins Franks in 2022, bringing with him almost 25 years of experience working in the financial services sector.

He is a UK-qualified Financial Adviser. He holds the Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma, and the Certificate in Mortgage Advice from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), and he is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).

Prior to joining Blevins Franks, André spent 15 years with Barclays Bank in the UK before relocating to his native Portugal to support our growing Algarve office. As a Private Client Manager, he looks after the portfolios of clients living in the Algarve and undertakes regular reviews to ensure investments continue to meet their objectives in the most tax-efficient way possible.

André is further supported by our local Partners and his other colleagues in Portugal, as well as the wider in-house team of tax, pensions, investments and client services specialists based at our London and Malta offices.

André is an adviser for Blevins Franks Wealth Management Limited (BFWML), which is registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).
