When André Santos joined Blevins Franks in 2022, he brought with him almost 25 years of experience working in the financial services sector, including 15 years with Barclays Bank in the UK. He then relocated to his native Portugal to support our growing Algarve team as a Private Client Manager, providing clients with regular reviews to ensure their investments continued to meet their objectives in the most tax-efficient way possible.

After consistently demonstrating his expertise and commitment, André was promoted to Regional Manager for Portugal in 2025. He now supports our Partners, Private Client Managers and administrative staff nationwide to uphold the delivery of quality wealth management and tax planning expertise to clients and prospective clients.

André is a UK qualified Financial Adviser. He is a chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI) and holds the Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma. He also attained the Certificate in Mortgage Advice from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).

André is an adviser for Blevins Franks Wealth Management Limited (BFWML), which is registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments (CISI).
