Stephen has spent his whole career in the financial services industry. He has extensive experience in investment and wealth management, most recently as the Chairman of Paragon Bank plc (up to September 2017). He has also held positions as Chairman of Fairmount Group plc and Legal and General Financial Services.

Stephen chairs the Blevins Franks Investment Committee and the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee.
