Martin Galea

Martin Galea was appointed in 2022 as an independent director on the boards of Blevins Franks Wealth Management Limited, Blevins Franks Trustees Limited, the latter as chairman.

In these roles he provides independent oversight as a director of both companies.

He qualified as a chartered accountant with Coopers and Lybrand (now PwC) in London before returning to Malta in 1982.

Martin has a wide experience at board level on both regulated and unregulated companies in Malta including licenced funds, a listed company where he is currently chairman, as well as local manufacturing and family companies.

He was previously a part time lecturer at the University of Malta and was formerly President of the Federation of Industry and Vice President of the Chamber of Commerce Enterprise and Industry. He is currently deputy chair of the International National Trusts Organization, a charity registered in the UK.
