Dave moved to France and joined Blevins Franks in September 2020 after a successful 20-year career providing financial advice in the UK, most recently with HSBC Bank.

He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning, and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII). He also has an MA (Hons) in International Relations and Geography from the University of St Andrews.

Dave will be looking after our clients in the South East of France, supported by our in-house pension, investment and tax specialists based in the Blevins Franks offices in London and Malta.

David is an adviser for Blevins Franks Wealth Management Limited (BFWML) which is registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority. He is a member of the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII).
