Blevins Franks Cote d?Azur Office To Run The Nice Marathon For Charity

A team from the Blevins Franks C?e d?Azur office are getting out from behind their desks and putting on their running shoes to raise money for charity by running the Marathon des Alp

A team from the Blevins Franks C?e d?Azur office are getting out from behind their desks and putting on their running shoes to raise money for charity by running the Marathon des Alpes-Maritimes (www.marathon06.com) on Sunday 20th November.

The whole 42km is a bit too ambitious for them to do individually so they will be running the marathon in relay. They will each run between 3 and 10.8km to complete the 42,195km course, which starts from Promenade des Anglais in Nice and finishes on the Boulevard de la Croisette in Cannes.

The team are running and raising money for two charities, Fondation Lenval H?ital pour enfants and ARSLA.

Fondation Lenval (www.lenval.org) is a children?s hospital in Nice. Most families with children visit the Lenval Hospital at some point and they do an amazing job. The team is very keen to raise money for this very worthy children?s charity.

ARSLA, Association pour la Recherche sur la Scl?ose Lat?ale Amyotrophique et autres maladies motoneurone (www.ars.asso.fr) is a motor neuron disease charity. A member of the team?s family is affected by this disease so it is close to their hearts.
