Roxanna joined Blevins Franks in 2020 from Hypo Real Estate Bank, where she headed up the Human Resources function for the US, UK and all European operations, outside of Germany.

Over the course of her experience at the commercial real estate lender, she spent the bulk of her time restructuring the Group’s subsidiaries and rebuilding a streamlined Target Operating Model with a view to renew culture and realign People and Business Strategy across the Company.

A member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development, she holds a Masters in Human Resource Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy and Business Management. Though well versed in all aspects of HR, Roxanna holds a keen interest in international law and believes that HR is the very nervous system of any company.
