Gary joined the Blevins Franks team in 2025, bringing a wealth of financial services experience and local knowledge.

Gary spent over 17 years with Barclays in the UK, before moving to Portugal in 2008. Together with his wife, he then founded and operated a successful business in the Algarve for over a decade.

Gary is a member of the Personal Finance Society (PFS). He is qualified as a Chartered Financial Planner and also holds the European Financial Planner designation.

With the support of our in-house tax, pensions and investment experts, Gary provides wealth management advice and tax solutions tailored to each client’s individual circumstances and objectives.

Throughout his career, he has been dedicated to building strong client relationships and delivering a high level of service, making him ideally suited to the Private Client Manager role.

Gary is an adviser for Blevins Franks Wealth Management Limited (BFWML) which is registered with the Malta Financial Services Authority.
