Izzy Holgate joined Blevins Franks in March 2022, having spent the previous eight years at Deloitte in London, and prior to this lived in Argentina for three years.

Izzy is a Chartered Tax Adviser and started her career providing tax advice to ultra-high net worth individuals and families. For the past five years, Izzy has focussed on working with high net worth individuals and families to help them to articulate the vision and purpose for their wealth and design. She would put the right governance and infrastructure in place, thereby ensuring this was in line with the strategy and objectives of the family, and relevant to the changing commercial and regulatory environment that surrounds them.

She has experience working with multiple generations of the same family and working with family enterprises to assist with issues such as communication, succession planning, and governance, including the drafting of Family Constitutions. Based in our London office, Izzy is responsible for overseeing the Family Office services provided to clients and their extended families (often dealing with cross-border and inter-generational issues), and ensuring their strategic priorities are met.
