Duncan has 28 years of experience in wealth management. After graduating from Cardiff University (UWCC), Duncan joined Coutts & Co in the UK and then worked in Switzerland and South Africa before returning to the UK in 2013 for a role with EFG Private Bank. Prior to joining Blevins Franks in August 2018, he was working for the Financial Ombudsman Service.

Duncan has an Economics degree and speaks French and Spanish. He holds a Diploma in Investment Advice from the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments (CISI) where he is a Chartered Member, the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP) from the London Institute of Banking and Finance (LIBF), and various industry qualifications from his time overseas.

Having lived and worked overseas for more than ten years, Duncan has a deep personal understanding of the complex issues affecting expatriates and those returning from overseas to live in the UK. This extensive knowledge and experience, combined with the first-class support of Blevins Franks’ in-house technical experts, means Duncan is well placed to give advice to our clients who demand the very best at every stage of their lives.
