David Bowern - Partner

David received his education in England, the United States and Canada. Following this he joined Merrill Lynch Royal Securities and subsequently qualified with US Stock Exchanges and the Canadian Securities Institute.

During 1995 David returned to the United Kingdom joining a national firm of Independent Financial Advisers and opening an office for the firm in Exeter. Following the success of this office, in 2000 David joined Blevins Franks Financial Management Limited as Partner responsible for providing tax and investment planning advice to clients in the area from San Pedro de Alcántara to Cadiz, as well as Gibraltar since May 2008.

His extensive experience in international finance and financial planning places David in a unique position, with his ability to advise based on solid long term experience in the ever changing world of expatriate finance.

A dedicated administrative team based in the Malta administrative offices of Blevins Franks provide support to the Estepona Office and clients of Blevins Franks Financial Management Limited.

In addition, Alex Grech, Private Client Manager, is proactive in providing ongoing reviews of clients’ investment performance, keeping in mind their current situation and any possible changes in their objectives. This service ensures that your tax and investment goals keep in step with your life goals.

David is authorised by the UK Financial Services Authority, individual reference number DJB01494. Blevins Franks Financial Management is also authorised to give advice in Spain and Gibraltar.
