Rob Kay - Senior Partner

Rob joined Blevins Franks in 1998 and has over 27 years’ experience of wealth management and estate planning in the UK and overseas. Rob has worked for Lloyds TSB, Prudential Assurance, Zurich Life, Norwich Union & GAN.

From the Blevins Franks offices in Sophia Antipolis, Rob and his team design bespoke wealth management and estate planning solutions for our clients in the South of France. Our strategies provide effective tax mitigation combined with realistic investment solutions for clients in retirement and for those still working.

Rob and his family live in the South of France. Being a French resident has provided Rob with a unique personal insight, which has proved beneficial for hundreds of Blevins Franks’ clients.

Rob is authorised by the UK Financial Services Authority, individual reference number RXK01329. Blevins Franks Financial Management Limited is also authorised to give advice in France.

Mike Marsden - Partner

Mike is a Chartered Accountant and Trust & Estate Practitioner. He joined Blevins Franks Financial Management in February 2008 to work alongside Rob Kay in the South of France, originally as a pension specialist and now also providing wealth management and tax mitigation advice to expatriates.

He has over 30 years experience working within the UK Financial Services Sector. During this time Mike was a partner in one of the leading firms of chartered accountants and business advisers in the North West of England caring for family businesses and the individuals that own and manage them, both from a corporate and personal financial perspective. His expertise has been focused on pensions, investments and tax planning.

Mike is a resident of the South of France and with his tax and overall financial knowledge, ideally placed to promote the Firm’s expertise to expatriates living on the French Riviera.

Away from the office Mike enjoys the sunshine, golf, skiing, football, cricket and watching all other forms of sport.
